SKULLY Collectors Edition Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

1. SPONSOR

The Skully Collectors Edition Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by NOCT (“Sponsor”), Chicago, Illinois, United States.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 8 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on January 28, 2026, and ends at 8 p.m. CST on February 4, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are multiple ways to enter, and all entry methods provide equal opportunity to win.

A. Purchase Entry (Optional)

During the Sweepstakes Period:

  • Purchase one (1) First Edition Skully-Nocturn from the Sponsor’s website for ten (10) entries

  • During the first 72 hours of the Sweepstakes only, a purchase will receive twenty (20) entries

IMPORTANT: Purchasing does not increase your chances of winning because free entry methods allow the same maximum number of entries.

B. Free Entry Methods (No Purchase Required)

You may enter for free using any of the following methods:

  1. TikTok Follow
    Follow Sponsor’s official TikTok account — five (5) entries

  2. Instagram Follow
    Follow Sponsor’s official Instagram account — five (5) entries

  3. Mail-In Entry
    Handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

    Each valid mail-in entry receives ten (10) entries.

    One (1) Mail-in entry valid per person

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 8, 2026, and received within a reasonable time thereafter.

5. ENTRY LIMIT

There is a maximum of twenty (20) total entries per person, regardless of method of entry.

Multiple entries that exceed the maximum will be disregarded.

Guaranteed early access to the next Skully drop

Total ARV of all prizes: $234.99

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash alternative except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Limit one prize per person. 

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within a reasonable time after the Sweepstakes ends.

The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

12. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By entering or participating in this giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

The Grand Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees that the grand prize is a pre-production / limited collector’s item and understands that fulfillment is subject to production timelines. The Grand Prize Winner expressly agrees to allow an estimated delivery window of approximately 2–4 months from the date of winner verification for receipt of the grand prize.

The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for delays caused by manufacturing schedules, supply chain issues, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

By accepting the prize, the winner releases and holds harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
